Long Island’s Prized Winery

Founded in 1988 by Christian Wölffer, the boutique winery is nestled in Sagaponack, NY where maritime conditions nurture the estate’s collection of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Trebbiano vines.

Though Tuscany’s rustic architecture influences the stucco walls and terra-cotta floors, 100% of Wölffer’s wines are made using estate-grown or locally-sourced fruit. The red wine casks that age their most popular blends are the very casks we used to produce our collaboration bourbon, now available for a limited time.
