oz Great Jones Straight Bourbon

oz pomegranate juice

oz fresh lemon juice, strained

oz rich simple syrup

drops rose water (food grade)

1.5

oz chilled sparkling wine, to top

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine bourbon, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Add the rose water and top with the sparkling wine.
