oz dessert wine (such as Pindar Riesling)

oz fresh lemon juice, strained

large lemon peel

INSTRUCTIONS

In a mixing glass combine all ingredients over a large piece of ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled glass, express the lemon peel oils over it and use the peel as garnish.
