Great Jones Distilling Co. and the Red Meat Lover’s Club are joining forces for an unforgettable night of large format meat, cocktails, live entertainment, and charity as we take over the entire Great Jones distillery.
Great Jones’ Executive Chef Adam Raksin and the Secretary of Steak at Red Meat Lover’s Club, Evan Darnell, have teamed up to bring on an impressive line up of chefs and beef cuts for the evening:
– Adam Raksin (Executive Chef @ The Grid): whole Great Jones bourbon aged local strip steaks and classic steakhouse style sides
– Ed Cotton (Executive Chef @ Jack & Charlie’s no. 118): pastrami prime rib
– Tyson Ho (Pitmaster @ Arrogant Swine): whole hog
– Johnny Prime (Beef Expert): whole steamship
– Marcelli Family (of Marcelli Formaggi): parmigiano wheel pasta cacio e pepe
We will also have deserts and cocktails by:
– Jessica Bivona (Pastry Chef @ The Grid): assorted steakhouse-style deserts
– Patrick O’Brien (Beverage Manager @ The Grid): curated cocktail menu

You will roam through Great Jones Distilling Co. in an open house-style format, with different cuts of meats and delicious open bar cocktails on every floor of the distillery. There will also be a live jazz performance in the distillery and a silent auction benefitting Tunnel to Towers, which helps homeless veterans find affordable housing.
Tickets to this one-time event will start at $250 and are all inclusive of food, beverage, and a gift bag including one bottle of Great Jones Straight Bourbon, a Casa De Montecristo cigar, and more.
